Hi, I have a new phone which requires a micro sim, I called in-store this morning and they arranged the new micro sim and the transfer of my number from my existing standard sim to the new sim. I was told it would take an hour and my old sim card would disconnect and the new one set up. However I still can't register my new one and my old sim is still working, is there anything else I need to do to enable my new sim and phone to start working. I am on payg and moving to a galaxy s4 mini

Thank you tried turning on and off intermittently to check if that helps, reboot is usually an IT first response. I'll see what happens tomorrow and keep trying.

Hi
Been well over 24hrs and still not transferred over, do you have any suggestions. Tried turning on & off, removing the battery & registering on an intermittent basis but no luck.

Ah well, still not working looks like I will be contacting support again tomorrow
