connection problems in AB11

Hi guys i thought this problem had been sorted but obviously not after having really good reception (back to what it was) for a couple of weeks the connection is now dropping or being lost altogether again, it's just done it now while typing this out and have had to reset again i can't see it being an over usage problem as it is now 4.30am and your own engineer did admit there is a problem round here when he came out, it's the same on the mobile phones as well same as last time. could someone please have another look for us round here. thanks

Thanks for your post, I have just taken a look into the postcode area and can't see any issues with your local site.

Can i ask if you are still having this issue?
Does it happen intermittently?
If yes what times?
have you tried a manual Roam?
Have you tried your SIM in another phone?
If yes, was it the same?
