Can you check your spam email in box as well as other email inboxes. They should have sent you one with tracking info in it.
Try using Live Chat or customer service on 191 or Landline Tel :03333040191 to ask specifically if the phone is In-Stock for despatch.

I have checked all email files and nothing there. only email i have is the transcript of the conversation i had with one of the agents. I received a text from vodafone saying thank you for buying sony xz and the details of the pack i chose. Thats it

Was this an Upgrade on an existing Contract or a new Contract or Payg ?

I asked the question because a new Contract would require passing a Credit Check which can slow things down.
