dongle probs @ bh23 area

Had probs for 3 days. Can only get edge and gprs until today when I got signal. So I went upstairs and managed to connect and get up homepage. Went to Skype but connection went back to gprs. O2 network has been down and apparently they use same mast as Vodafone. Why is signal suddenly rubbish at the same time o2 goes down? Am fed up.

1 no. Normally poor service but useable. Same everywhere I'm house.

3 this is mobile broadband so wudnt try sim in a fone

5 again mobile broadband so only 3g

6 no error codes just hardly get a 3g signal to connect.

7 three days ago when o2 network had probs as Vodafone and o2 use same mast in bh23 area.
