Hi,
Are you texting to another uk mobile number in Spain.
Also sometimes a normal text can be converted into a MMS text which are chargeable. Info here Why-have-I-been-charged-for-a-text-message.

Are you somehow suggesting that a text to an overseas number should be part of your unlimited text package? They aren't and never have never have been. All the information is freely available on the Vodafone website

Then why not put (in the bundle package wording) Unlimited UK texts like the UK in the unlimited mins - because this does infer that the text SMS is worlwide as it does not clearly state UK in the information line !
Not very clear at all - not impressed.

Thats not what it says on the "Bundeled" information it says UNLIMITED TEXTS not as suggested UNLIMITED UK TEXTS !! I suggest that this is altered in future to reflect the true information as this is getting us nowhere !

It doesn't say that your calls and data are UK-only either, but they are. There's plenty of information on using your phone abroad if you need it.

I had an idle moment, so I checked out what it says online:
It's pretty clear. "UK".

@hrymThanks for that. I was going to do something similar but I've been travelling all day on business. I suppose it proves once again that there isn't anything that cannot be misunderstood by someone.
