I am fed up with constanly ringing vodafone, going instore to cancel spotify on my phone. I was given a link to cancel the app but my phone is not working anymore. its along story but if you check on the computer you will see how many times i have contacted vodafone.. vodafone told me that they had cancelled spotify but its still active and charging me i am fed up now vodafone were meant to call me bacl last week but no one has

You can cancel your subscription to Spotify Premium at any time by visiting our cancellation page.

The cancelation page - https://offers.vodafone.com/gb/cancel always redirects me to https://offers.vodafone.com/new/gb/offers. I too am trying to cancel my current spotify subscription so that I can activate a new subscription included with my upgrade. Unfortunately as Im redirected all i can do it try and add spotify only to be told that I cant as i alrady have an active subscription. Anyone else had to suffer this?
