Not sure if anybody knows a quicker way to get it sorted. i wish i knew it would take this long.

I need my phone for work and since swapping sim code numbers between my old and new Micro sim. its obviously deactivated my old sim and nothing is working on my iphone. I need it however for work.. can the support team speed it up in any way?

Cheers in advance

Hi Smash87.

There's no way to speed up activation as it's all automated, unfortunately. All you need to do is turn your iPhone 4 off and on again every half hour (I mean fully off - hold the sleep/wake button until 'slide to turn off' appears, and you turn off... tapping it to sleep won't help).

It shouldn't take more than an hour or two at the very most - if the old SIM has stopped working, this is a good sign.

Keep us updated with how you get on.

I'm in the same position, my old SIM was inactivated at lunchtime and my iPhone still isn't working, I really need my phone for work reasons and am not happy.
