Hi and help please.
Last night for no reason my iPhone 4s (and wife's iPhone 4) just stopped connecting to SS. We use BT Homehub v2 and have done for the past 6 months with no issue. No other changes in set up at all. Can you tell me if there's a need to resync? Also can't access SS setting in Logged in area of vodafone.co.uk and am wondering if the two are connected?
Searched forums and can't find a thread where connection problems just started without a change in handset or set up.

Hi James.
Sequence is as described in previous posts and eventually finishes with lights 1, 2 and 4 on. I have 2 iphones registered with the device though both stopped at the same time
Serial number is 21230492957.

Your Sure Signal made connection with the network yesterday at 08:17am.
If you’re still seeing the same light sequence please can you follow the steps here.
