iPhone 6 Calls Unknown to my contacts

Recently my daughters calls from her IPhone 6 to my Iphone5 have been appearing as unknown we have checked and neither of us have accidentally blocked each other, does anyone know how we can fix please and thank you

If you're not on the blocked list (found in Settings > Phone > Blocked) then have you tried deleting and re-adding the contact?

 

Failing that backing up and restoring the devices through iTunes might be worth a go.
