iPhone 6 not in stock and not kept updated

Vodafone is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Three weeks after initially ordering my iPhone 6 I still don't have it. I have been lied to in store and on the phone. I have been passed from pillar to post, department to department, new system to old system, had my order cancelled when I didn't want it cancelled, reinstated and told the phone was in stock when it wasn't, not been kept informed of what was happening with my order. My fiancé has been with you for 14 years and is NOT renewing his contract with you as you have treated me so badly. All I want is my phone that I ordered three weeks ago or at least be kept updated on where it is. The way Vodafone are acting seems like they don't want the £53 per month from me. I am not happy with how I have been treated and will be going to the ombudsman if this is not sorted, truly shocking.

I'm in same situation as @Docboff I've been waiting for my iPhone 6 for over 8 weeks now.

The estimate delivery date was 4th November and since then Vodafone has been telling me false delivery dates numerous times. I have already contacted the Vodafone through phone, e-forum and email but I just keep going around the circle and still no explanation of why it has been so delayed.

I've been Vodafone's customer for 14 years too and never needed to complain as much as this time so I have been patient but it is becoming a joke! I am not happy at all how I have been treated either.

Hi @Docboff and @mari1,

You'll receive a text/email as soon as your orders are out for delivery. We'll be awaiting stock from the manufacturer and this is out of our control, as such, we don't have any information regarding when the phones will be in stock.

You can also track your order online here.

Thanks,

Matt B

Thanks for your reply MattB but sorry, that is not good enough.

I receive a text today to tell me that my phone will arrive tomorrow, finally!! I'm not believing it as VF lied to me so many times but I will see tomorrow.

I have been told same things many times by your colleagues but I don't think that's good enough excuse. Please don't sell the phone and charge monthly if you don't know when you will get stock. That is not even an excuse, I am very surprised about that VF thinks it's ok to blame on someone else who I, as a customer, don't deal with directly. It is your company's problem, not us customers. I am already upset about having to wait for my phone for over 8 weeks and what makes it worse is that the customer service giving me fales information over and over. I now know that VF do not know what is going on either which makes customers feel seriousely worried as mobile phone is essential in this contemporary life we are living.

I know it's not directly your fault, and you can only do so much on the e-forum, so I am now considering to write official complain to VF to get to bottom of this problem.

Many thanks,

Mari
