What a joke. I pre-ordered the iPhone 7 Plus via 191 on the 9th September and was advised that it would be delivered by DPD on the 16th.
The 16th comes and besides the phone call I made to place the pre-order there's been absolutely no communication from either Vodafone or DPD and no sign of the iPhone. So, I call 191 to find out what's going on only to be told there's no sign of an order for the iPhone 7 Plus against my account.
I was offered the option of placing a new order, but there would be a delay of up to 8 weeks.
I was already considering leaving Vodafone. Now, that decision hs been made much easier.
