Hi I signed up for the pre-order for iphone7 on vodafone uk where it stated that signing up customers would be informed of the launch and details for the phoneonly to find today that there was no communication from vodafone yet they released on their website the preorder for it. what was the point of signing up when your not going to contact customers who have signed up for it in the first place? and as for customer services and live chat - is anyone answering as I cannot seem to get through on either way to discuss my upgrade !!!

The best way forward is to call our Upgrades Team on 191 from an existing Vodafone handset and we will look into your upgrade.

I think your missing the point ! I did try to get through yesterday and it wasn't till late afternoon that I did and only to be told someone will look into this and call me back and as so far no one has ! Again what's the point of signing up in advance when your not going to communicate anyway ! So much for loyalty after 20 years with Vodafone !!

At present time no , no one has but have managed to order a iphone7 but not very happy with the package ( had to this online)and have tried calling to see what can be done but told I have to wait for the phone to be delivered before they can look at my new contract ?

Still waiting on a call back and resolution on my complaint and also though money has been taken out of my A/C no news on when the my order will be delivered

This is very typical Vodafone service. Wish it wasn't.

That call and resolution are never coming. The only way forward is to keep ringing them up until you randomly get someone helpful. Incidentally, the staff based in the UK have way more authority to actually help someone. When I call in now, I always ask where they are based before I waste my time telling the whole story again. Ireland is best, Cardiff second. Mumbai and Cape Town are useless.

I am crying with laughter (in the office no less). Cape Town are out and out liars. They just want to get you off the phone. I would agree that Ireland is best, Scotland is good too. Egypt and Manchester also bad, but not as bad as Cape Town...they get the ##~## award!
