I Contacted vodafone yesterday and the day before and still no luck or update. i was told that the stock for the iphone 7 & 7 plus doesn't arrive till tomorrow (Friday) i was also reassured that i would recieve my iphone 7 Plus 128GB jet black on friday. but upon tracking my order the current status is still on stage 2 of 4 (waiting for the order to be accapted). is anyone in the same situation as me? just to put my mind at rest? vodafone have been really unhelpful so far.

I have just contected vodafone via live chat and i have been informed that:
Lewis yes that was the case however we have received an updated from the manufacturer today itself that the stock will be delayed by some more time and so the delivery will be delayed.
I asked how long it would be delayed:
It will delayed by at least 2 weeks.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I have heard nothing from Vodafone since placing my order and now this.

Totally at a loss with the online live chat and service in general is shocking I upgraded and was told to expect delivery of phone on 16th sept, took day off and eventually got through to live chat this evening to be told sorry there delays we Carnot tell you when you will receive you new phone. Day off for nothing. Yet to my astonishment the new contract at a higher rate as gone through. Loyal customer for some 8 yrs. and have fount service the worst I have ever experienced.

Also rang twice to be told by someone called Adam that did website had crashed and he would text me if I was getting a delivery. This was at 6 pm did I believe dpd website had crashed no did I expect him to text me back as he stated no. Do I feel that I have been lied to in order to secure my business for another two years yes. Will I be cancelling if nothing appears or at least someone that is honest speaks to me from Vodafone and lets me know what is happening YES.
For such a world wide brand the customer service is by far the worst I have come across in any organisation.
