im using a dongle and it says i cant take the content control off how di i get it off?

If you are unable to remove content control online through My Vodafone, there are a few other ways for you to do so.  You can pop into your local Vodafone Store with photo ID such as a passport or driver's license and they can do it there for you.  You can also call customer services on 191 from any Vodafone handset (08700 700 191 from any UK phone) and they will remove content control for you.  You just need to have your credit card handy.  Lastly, the eForum Team can help you out but can take a little longer to respond so if you decide to let them assist you, please be patient.
