just received iPhone 6 - i message not working

just received iPhone 6 , all set up and ready to go , i can make calls but thats it, no messaging incoming or out going no iMessage or FaceTime

Have you tried signing out of FaceTime/iMessage/iCloud and signing back in again?

Try a 'soft' reset of the phone, too.

just sorted it, number and email wernt selected all good now thanks
