k3565 flash software required

somebody has been playing with my k3565 broadband dongle and flashed it to something called mobile partner. it works but its not what i want . where can i get the original mobile connect software to flash my k3565 so its like it should be please

Hi MrGee,

I'm afraid we don't have a flashing tool available for this modem that you can download, but you can download the full version of Vodafone Mobile Connect from here which you'll be able to use with it.

If you need your modem to be re-flashed and put back to the way it was, it'll have to be sent in to us as a warranty repair.
