k3770 dongle rip off

I bought a k3770 vodaphone internet dongle from the carphone ware house for £25 with 500 meg pre loaded, only to get it home installed and find only 250 meg. Had I have known this I would have bought the 3 one there on a better deal ! Where has the other 250 meg gone? That has to be false advertising and a good case to get my money back, do you think?

Carphone Warehouse are a third party seller and you have to go back to the point of sale.

As you will see from the Vodafone website, PAYG dongles are sold by Vodafone with 500mb of preloaded data.
