Hi, hoping someone can help - I had two mobile phone contracts with vodafone, and a sure signal - I cancelled one of the contracts but not the other and now it seems the one I cancelled was the one which was admin on the sure signal. I can no longer add or remove users to the sure signal and so basically need it resetting, or giving other number admin rights.
I tried speaking to someone on livechat but they don't seem to be able to help me and I'm rarely around in tech team opening times to be able to speak with them on the phone.... Help!
