mobile boadband not connecting at all

I have vodaphone mobile broadband a Huwaii dongle. In the last week or so when i try to connect to the internat I get an error pop up that says "get profile failed" The progress bar loads up but then stops and the error message pops up. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I've got a couple of question that might help us solve this.

Do you have or know anyone who's got another laptop you can try the dongle on.

Has it worked on this pc previously or is it a new pc?

What O/S system is it using?

What model dongle is it your using?

I'm sure with a bit more information we can get you going again.
