mobile dongle

hi. i brought a vodafone dongle on saturday, its extremly slow compared to my mum who has exactly the same one and for some odd reason doesn't load a website that my partner uses. Some times it does load after waiting a hour or so but then when it goes to its home page it goes black and doesn't load, when we click refresh it tells me the page has crashed, this is very annoying and wondered why it does it and how we can go on the site without having problems. i got told these was good to use but im starting to have doubts and also thinking about taking it back to the shop for a full refund. could someone please help me?

Welcome to the eForum it is always good to see new faces on here.

I am sorry to see that you are having issues with your dongle. I have taken a look at the signal in your area and you are not covered by

3G, this would mean you would only get the slow speeds in your area.

Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions that would boost the 3G in the area of your post code.
