mobile wifi

Hi,

I'm having some trouble getting Sky Sports Mobile TV app to work through WiFi.  

I got to the screen where you input how you will be connecting, I chose via Vodafone. I selected Sky Sports 1 and got the message saying 'Starting Playback' then it times out and says ' Temporary Network Problem, Please check your  network coverage or try again later'

I have a iphone 7 & I'm on the 24 bill pay contract. The app works perfeclt with my data 3G but not with wifi.

Could someone technical please look into this.

Did you set it up using Wi-Fi or mobile data as I was told they have to be first set up using mobile data the first time you use apply for it
