new iphone not recognised on Sure Signal

Hello everyone,

I am having problems with my Sure Signal. I have recently purchased a new iphone5 and experienced low signal strength and the sure signal not recognising my new 'phone.

I have de-registered and re-regsitered my sure signal due to being issued with a new nano sim....It doesnt seem to work.

I have read that it is possible for Vodafone to re-sync the device in order to get it back on line??

Sometimes the red liht flashes and i have to switch it off to get it the other lights to illuminate...

The sure signal is less than 5 months old.....

Any help appreciated....

thanks..
