new phone won't work with sure signal

I received my new Sony Xperia Z today with a new SIM card, I have swapped my number to my new SIM and now I am unable to get signal through sure signal, I have spoken to customer services twice which they advised me to go through the usual motions, resetting the sure signal, De-register and 're-register the sure signal etc, this has not worked. I rang the 2nd time and was transferred to the tech team only to be cut off.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
