new sim card - no signal

Does anyone know why my new phone isn't getting any signal with the new sim card in it?

I have used the new sim that came in the packet for my 6s plus, but ever since it has been in i have had no signal at all.

do i need to activate it somehow?

If your previous sim is a different size then you need to do a sim swap

Hi,

The enclosed SIM card is a blank one. 

If your previous SIM card is a nano sized one then use that as the changes happen on your account. 

To sim swap you can also visit your most Local Vodafone store with ID which maybe faster as lots of people will be sim swapping and activating their SIM cards after receiving their nice new shiny iPhones.
