Hello there I'm due an upgrade and I'm debating what to go for the galaxy s5 or the galaxy note4. Can someone please tell me what the note is and explain in easy understandable terms what the differences are between them

There's a few good articles that do side-by-side comparisons of both phones (I've included below along with a comparison video on YouTube)

I'd say the biggest difference you'll notice is the size of the Note 4. I went for a similar large scale phone in the iPhone 6 Plus back in September and it did take some getting used to but I'm happy with it now. I'd suggest getting some hands-on time with both phones, especially the Note 4 before buying as larger screens aren't for everybody (although Vodafone offer a return period if you're not happy with it after first impressions).
