no apps working

Help. Upgraded to samsung s6 this afternoon swapped sims online, got on voda network within the hour but cant use any apps keeps saying "unfortunately, (insert app) is not working" msgs, email, rbs, newstand etc etc phoned customer services about it and was sent txt msgs with setting after telling them i cant use msgs service.

Sounds like you need to factory  re-set Android. Have a google and follow the procedures, its an easy fix but will erase all of your data, images and anythng else you have stored on your phone. Make sure you have a backup of anything your not willing to lose.

Settings > back up and reset > factory reset
