hi not sure this should be here but here goes......

i got a vodafone smart mini 4 875 i use OK Google but the problem is ap  listens answers but no sound from it i treid all the factory wipe updates vodafone tech support and the shop and was told its not a vodafone problem but google problem i waiting for google now  but i need app to speak any ideas ?????

Have you updated google/Google now? 

I had a similar issue with my s2 but on installation of the google now launcher it worked awesomely. That said it's awfully glitchy on Mediatek CPU's 

edit: As they told you it's not a Voda problem they are partially wrong. They repackage alcatel devices and sell them. It could be down to cost cutting (omitting the vibrate motor to save money and using a speaker to emulate buzzing on the smart mini)
