Since I got a new blackberry curve 9320 handset from my insurer a few months ago I haven't been able to access adult content. Talkmobile assure me that they've sorted things their end but I still get the vodaphone message in my browser.
What can I do?

Hi. I've pasted the main help article on this from Vodafone's online help centre below.
If you're unable to remove it via the mentioned My Vodafone method then the quickest way would be to use the contact us form and speak to customer services over web chat (the forum team wouldn't have direct access to your mobile number so web chat is the quicker of the two for something relating to your account).

How can I switch off content control, to access adult content on the internet?
Content control is our way of protecting younger customers from seeing inappropriate pictures and internet content. It restricts access to:
Chat and dating services
Erotica
Gambling
Violent games
To remove content control for the first time we’ll need to check you’re over 18. To do this contact us. If you’re a Pay as you go customer you’ll need a credit card or another form of ID to hand. Once you’ve proved you’re over 18 you can switch the content control bar on or off in My Vodafone.
Please note: content control only works on our mobile network, not on Wi-Fi. And you can only make changes if you’re the account holder unless you’re a nominated third party (like a carer) and we’ve agreed that you’ve got permission

If you go to Personal > Pay Monthly > Looking for something else you'll eventully get an option for live web chat to speak to an advisor (sometimes you have to wait for this to become available if they're busy)

Thanks. That was really helpful advice.
In the end vodafone said they couldn't help either. This is so frustrating. I spend so much money on my phone and it doesn't work!

Hello amaryllis
If you are on TalkMobile and they are your service provider, you are going to have to persist with them. Although TalkMobile use the Vodafone network, there are a virtual operator and the content control restriction will need to be taken off at their end.
As the company is operated by Carphone Warehouse, they should be able to give you further help and advise.
