online support utterly inadequate - terminate chat if they can't understand your query

Probably the worst company for customer service, specifically 'online chat' - either not trained properly or unble to deal with simple queries - several queries which are not that difficult result in a terminated session, due to their lack of knowledge/training on basic queries.

utterly frustrating - can't get thru via phone, have to repeat and repeat and repeat the same information -

crap service from a crap company - AVOID THEM, IF YOU CAN.
