has anyone had additional charges on there bill for long text and picture messages even though you haven't even sent message on said day or only had incoming texts.
when contacting vodafone they basicly just said tuff been with them since 1995 some way to treat customers

Hi @crich63610
This should be itemised in your myvodafone to show that you have been charged for MMS messages.
A phone can convert normal texts to mms messages if you add emoticons too.
More info in Why-have-I-been-charged-for-a-text-message.
In some phone's a setting can be toggled On to stop the conversion so you can adjust the text.
On my Samsung Galaxy s8 I get a pop up message warning me its converting to a mms.
You could call Customer Services and go through with them your findings from your side and they may as a one off Goodwill Gesture reduce the charge.
If the Service used i.e. mms shows up on their systems that one has been sent then they will apply a charge as they believe youve sent one.
I hope you get a favourable outcome.
