pay as you go Wi-Fi R207 can't connect after 1st top up and can't see how much data I've used

bought mobile pay as you go Wi-Fi R207 in November. Worked fine with the Ipad until my first top up. Now says its connected but I'm unable to connect to any web page. Also on my account page when trying to see how much data I've used its says there is a problem and they're working hard to fix it its been like that since I've had it. Any clues?
