Hi,
Are you using a Windows Laptop or Mac.
Usually a person can drag and drop from one to the other.
I also use dropbox. < Link.
Android File Transfer is a good tool.
A person could email the pictures to themselves too.

You could use YouTube to look at tutorials on how to transfer files from the phone to computer.
With DropBox it's an online vault. So if you upload a picture to it you can then access that picture on any device you have Dropbox on.
If you send yourself an email and attach the pictures you can then open the email on your computer and save the picture.
Android File Transfer is a piece of software that when you hook your phone to your computer with the data cable you can transfer pictures etc.
Or hook up to your computer and choose the picture in your phones File and drag and drop it into the computers photo storage area.
Google can help explain the various ways.

Can you visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store?
If so they maybe able to school you on how to do what you want to achieve.
As I say a Google Search or YouTube will help too.
One such Google search returned.....

This is a folder so when photos are taken with the phones pre-install camera they will be stored in DCIM (Digital Camera Images) folder.
Is there anyone in your family or circle of friends you can ask to guide you ?
