I just received a message stating that I have subscribed to Topkontent for £4.50 per week. I have NEVER subscribed to this nor had I heard of this until today.
please put a block on third party charges on my account.

You're able to block premium rate services if you sign up to Vodafone's My Account service. More information is available here.
Alternatively, you can follow the 'contact' option on the page I've linked above. From there a Vodafone advisor should be able to look into it for you.

Hi @jeancao
As someone myself who was targeted by such companies I can certainly relate with the frustration this situation can cause.
I found lots of good advice and a way to contact the company involved to get them stopped via this link > psauthority.org.uk/for-consumers
By using the link and hopefully finding out the Premium Rate Merchant. companies contact details you could then ask them for a refund.
My advice is to not reply saying STOP as this can highlight to them that yours is a live number.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

On top of that, check that the charge has actually been made. There are scams that involve a phantom charge and trick you into providing payment details so that a "refund" can be made. What actually happens is quite the opposite. Don't follow any links in the message you've received.
