Trying to NUC my old S5 as my dad needs to borrow it.
Entered the IMEI number in the NUC request form (along with my details) and get an error:
'Sorry there was an error, please try again'
Should be a straight forward enough process (I've done this before without issue - Vodafone customer for 8 years) so I'm not sure what's wrong. Can anyone help please? Temporary problem or something more sinister?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Yes it could be a system glitch which has happened in the past.
Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can access your Account to fill out the form on your behalf if your still experiencing issues after clearing your Browsers Cache and cookies and or try another browser or computer.
Please note if your phone hasn't been used on the Vodafone UK Network for a while as I see you mention your "old s5" then you may need to use your sim card in it for a short while making calls etc to latch it back onto Vodafones systems before they can process an unlock request.
That or pick up a Vodafone Payg SIM card and use the sim card in the phone for 30 days making calls etc and then use the new Payg details to request its unlock.
I hope your able to get the phone unlocked asap.
