registering my sim on my ipad

Hi,

I am trying to register my mobile broadband sim on my ipad on my pc.

However, I don't get a pop up message with a security code sent to my ipad to complete step 2 of my registration.

Please help.

There may be another way round this, but is there any chance you can put the SIM in a phone and get the code that way?
