Hello,
I am trying to establish a remote desktop control from my pc at work to a pc that has no access to wi-fi and that's using a 3g dongle.
the problme is that apparently 3g dongles change ip address each time are switched on.
Is there a way to give to a 3g dongle a fixed ip address? in that way i could be able to perform the remote desktop control quite easily.
Otherwise is there any advice you could give me to do so?
Kind Regards

You probably need a remote control solution that cater for this scenario.
On option is our myCloud remote control solution, free trial here, just create a user accout: www.wisemo.com/myCloud
This will allow you to establish connectivity from your one PC to another, where one or both is using a 3G dongle - PROVIDED both have Internet access.
You can use the same if you need to remote control a Samsung device , for example a Tablet or Smartphone.
