resync needed

i changed my sim card from micro to the normal size sim but my phone has no signal now so i think i need a resync of my sure signal v3 the serial number is 40131559334

or any help would be appriacated hope to get a signal soon

we are using another phone and this one is still working properly

Hi micknliz,

I’ve just resynced your Sure Signal for you.

So that the resync completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

• Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
• Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
• Once the lights come back on, release the button
• The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour
