Hi. I have bought a  brand new old stock Rugby 3 sgh a 997 flip phone from ebay from a seller in Hong Kong.

I got the pass code from the seller and have enterd it into the password on the phone and reset it to factory settings and think I have done it ok but it won't go onto the internet. 

Any ideas anyone?

Hi. You could try texting web to 40127 to see if the settings come through.

It could be that the phone isn't supported by Vodafone and may not work.

Try that first and see. May be able to try entering the settings manually if that doesn't work
