samsung s4 lollipop update oroblem

Iv just updetwd my s4 to mollipop and now i cant seen ny text messages,anyone have same problem or inow how to fix it getting no help from vidafone or samsung..theres a shock

Hi, a factory reset has been helping in your situation, have you tried that?

My problem is internet crashing and touchwiz crashing on the s4 on the update to lollipop from kitkat. Donr the factory rest to no avail. Grrr. Sorry i cant help, but your not alone

I too have just upgraded my S4 to Lollipop and upon completion of the upgrade I cannot see any of my past text message conversations. I have tried sending a couple of test text messages and cannot see those either.

Is there a fix for this problem ? My wife has just upgraded and is having the exact same error.

Is a known bug and apparently with Samsung for a fix. To get round it I installed Google Messenger, very similar to the stock app and can read all my texts
