i joined vodafon and had my new bb passport on weds 10/12 , they sent it with the wrong sim size so i had to have a new sim sent out, it arrived yesterday and i phoned to have it activated and this still hasnt been done, i have twice contacted customer care as of friday 12th 11pm but still im not able to use my phone and its needed for work and personal use, twice ive been fobbed off with "we will do this now and it will work in 2 hours" RUBBISH, the ironic thing is vodafone have issued my first bill, which i have no intention of paying unless this is resolved immediately!!! can anyone on this forum help, my phone is constantly saying sim not provisioned!!! its very stressful and ive enough going on in life without this utter appaling service!!!!
