You aren't giving anyone many clues here as to what the problem might be! Have you got a Freedom Freebee running, or a Freebee Minutes, or Freebee Texts, or one of the Extras, or even BIS, since you've posted in the Blackberry section? If a Freebee or Extra has stopped prematurely, or if it has expired, you've topped up and/or bought a new bundle, and your new allowances haven't started running, then your best line of action is to contact Live Help or Customer Services.
Your quickest way to get help is via Live Help: go to the Contact page, then work through Personal, PAYG, 'Looking for something else?' and 'Can't find what you're looking for?', and you should see the Live Help link.
Customer Services should also be able to help; you can contact them by calling 191 from a Vodafone phone (one-off charge of 25p for PAYG customers to speak to an advisor), or 03333 048069 / 03333 040191 from any phone (‘national rate’ calls which count towards inclusive minutes on any network).
