status pending active - cannot manage or add users or derigerster device

Hi I have a new sure signal device that I have regsitered on 3rd October.  it works ok for my own device but I cannot manage or add users or derigerster device -  the status is pending active. i contacted vodafone on live chat and they said there had been a problem and it is fixed and it should work now but it doesnt.

I cant do anything with this device
