Hi,
I recently upgraded from a V1 to a V3 and all was working well until just over a week ago when I lost service. I have reset, re-registered, unplugged for a period of time etc and all to no avail.
I have the solid red power light and the next light is pulsing white and nothing else. I have done the tests as requested...

Please can someone offer me some assistance with this? I use the Sure Signal for work and personal calls and it is having a serious impact on me as I live in a proper notspot.
Many thanks,
Matt

Hello @monty_gs
I appreciate how frustrating this must be especially if you rely on this Tech for improved signal.
This eforum is owned and monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They all have the Vodafone logo next to their name. All posts are read by them. Hang in there and I'm sure they'll be in touch once they've looked at your Traceroute.

@monty_gsOur Tech team have remotely reset your Sure Signal box. Please leave for 6 hours before turning all the phones connected to the Sure Signal off and then back on again.

Hi,
Still no luck. The same solid power light and pulsing white light next to it. This morning I did another reset and I notice that after a couple of minutes the power light flashes and the last 2 lights flash orange / red (I am a little colour blind) for a few seconds before returning to solid power light and the pulsing white light. This then continues indefinitely.
As mentioned before, the Sure Signal was working fine for several weeks after upgrading from my V1 so it is a bit odd how it has suddenly stopped. Have you got any other ideas please? I missed an important work call this morning and it is becoming a real issue.
Regards,
Matt

Just arrived home from work and still no change. Power light steady and a pulsing white light next to it. Really frustrating now.

@monty_gs We're aware of an issue which may be affecting your Sure Signal.
If you could kindly leave the device as it is without completing any further resets, and it will automatically start working as soon as the issue is resolved.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. Just to let you know, the power light is now flashing red and the next light is a constant orange. This is at least different to before, so hopefully there will be further progress overnight.
Regards,
Matt

Hi Rahim
I am just back from a 2 week holiday. Left everything connected and it is still doing the same thing. I really need this to be resolved please, although the thread seems to have grown in my absence..
Regards,
Matt
