my company supplied me with a sure signal at home but having left the company they told me i could keep it , i need to sort this to work with my new vodaphone , any help please

Hi there
If the SureSignal was registered against the company account, they will need to get in touch with Vodafone to request that it is deregistered from the account. They can also deregister it themselves online through My Vodafone. It usually takes 24 hours to deregister the device from the system.
Once they have done that, you will be able to reregister the SureSignal against your Vodafone account.
