sure signal omly power light

serial number 40111132862

it stoped working on monday,

it only shows the red power light. i reset it tuesday morning and deleted fom my account and registered it but it is still not working i have reset again today but stll the same

i have not changed any router setting

Hi there whibbs,

 

Thanks for your post.

 

I've checked your VSS and it connected with our servers about 2 hours after your post. Is this still an issue for you?

 

If so I've forced a resync for you. Please factory reset the device and let me know how you get on.

 

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS should come online within the hour
