Sure Signal Not Working - Please Help Vodafone

Work up this morning to find SS not working again. Power light (RED) on, System and Phone (White) flashing and have been for over 2 hours.

 

I have done the usual checks and resets but still the same outcome.

 

Vodafone ................... can you help and check/re sync for me. My SS serial number is 40114217769

Thanks for your post.

 

Do you know if your ISP has pushed any updates overnight? I can see your VSS connected this morning at 02:00.

 

I've forced a resync for you. Please factory reset the device and let me know how you get on.

 

  • Hold the reset button till all the lights come on or flash (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held, remove and re-insert the power lead
  • Once all the lights come on or flash, release the reset button
  • The VSS should come online within the hour
