Transfer of Sure Signal Box to another user

I was a Vodafone customer until a few months ago when I received a business phone.  I now have no need of the box and twofold like to give it to my Nephew.  Apart from my telecom bile number I have all the details of my Vodaphone account.  How can I de-register the Sure Signal Box in my name? What instructions do I have to give my Nephew?

Only the original owner can de-register the VSS so I've sent you a PM which can be accessed here. If you could follow the instructions in the PM and send us your details one of the team will be with you as soon as they can.

Once we've de-registered it for you, it'll be safe to pass it to your nephew to register in his name.
