if i replace my sure signal V2 with a V3 will the V2 be deactivated? Allowing me to sell it to another vodafone user? Thanks

You would need to de register  it so another owner can use it. 

Customer Services via 191 or Live Chat can do this.

I think there's an option also via your Sure Signal dashboard.
