i have the issue with 2 lights flashing. online my device shows its registered.
I have a 75 meg fibre internet, so its not speed, i have changed the power supply to a 5 amp one so its not too little power.
can anyone please advise?

Thanks Lee, i have gone through those. i have also added a host of ports ( 8,50,53,67,68,123,500,1723,4500,33434,33435) to the port forwarding list for the device on my Virgin router as i found this in another post.
so far no luck.

Just a a thought but have you made sure the phone is forced to 3G so it connects to the Sure Signal.

Thanks - did not fix the suresignal, but it seems the 3g signal here is better than 4g, so i likely dont need the suresignal any more! 🙂
