I am writing this since no customer team is truely helping or supporting me they just wasting my time and money when I call them.
On september 18 I have preordered iphone 7Plus over phone. I waited for a month to get the ordered to be delivered.. on 19th october at 7 am I got a message that the ordered will be delivered around 8:10 to 9:10 the same day morning..I woke up at around 8:30 and chekced the messages and tracked my delivery order.
When I tracked the order. its showing delivered on 8:16 am but i was still sleeping at that time..i was panicked and contacted DPD people about this they said it was delivered and but it wasnt me they are saying ..I donno which address they delivered and whom they delivered.. i contacted vodafone regarding this. The vodafone people said they will do investigation.
The worst thing calling vodafone is to tell them about an issue we have to wait atleast an hour on hold. This make me very sick for calling them and hesitated to call the vodafone.For one week from 19th october i keep on calling them they said they will do investigation andThere is no information from vodafone from that day.. On 14th november i looked up my account and found an unknown number ##~## again i was shocked and called the vodafone..they said it was that order you placed for iphone 7Plus .. When i asked about the what happened to the order they simply said ..we delivered but it was not you that took the mobile but you have to pay the bill.
I havent got my device and I havent take the delivery..the dpd driver delivered to some one and vodafone is advicing me to pay since it was delivered. they dont bother whom they delivered but the customer have to pay.
And the freakking thing is they after reporting issue immediately also till now they didn't even blokced the number and is still active today. This is a very very sensitive matter for me. and I can say they are irresponsible.
I spoke to many customers relations/support team. 3 to 4 of them said they will escalate the problem and when I am asking in live chat support team they also suggesting me they will escalate the problem. If each of them escalated the pronblem it would have been escalated and solved now.
Live chat people advising me and asking me to call to the support nukbers, which I was doing from over more than a month and still suggesting me to do so.
Now also I have called them they said that they need to escalate the problem. As I can do nothing I said ok. They said they filled the form and it takes 72 hours for them to do the investigation. When I aske what they have done from november 22 as that that time they said the same thing they need to investigayion. she said the customer supporter said they just blacklisted the device. Is this how vodafone support their customers. when I ask particular questions like this the disconnecting my line and not calling me back. This is the way Vodafone treating as I'm a customer to them.I pity myself now as I choose vodafone as my communication network.
FInally I came here as a last hope.Is there any support member that can really help this vodafone customer.
